Most families get together over food. Others define themselves through it. Such is the case with the Marchand Brothers, Frères Marchand, who are regularly hailed as France’s elite masters of cheese. Khéma is proud to announce that Frères Marchand is now our primary cheese supplier, and that this month you can not only experience the magic of their products, but also meet one of the brothers for two exceptional opportunities to learn more about the sublime world of cheese.

Every table has a place for cheese. Whether it belongs to a farmer or banker, king or pauper, monk or libertine. It is the ultimate translation of the flavours of the soil into divine, firm, crumbly, gooey, aromatic form, bursting with addictive edge in every bite. We are honoured to present Patrice Marchand for a series of events that will shine a light on one of the most complex, flavourful, storied and egalitarian foods in the world.

On Tuesday March 20, get ready for a gorgeous exploration of the finer things in life with Sensuality & Cheese, a spectacular degustation led by Mr Marchand who will take guests though a range of cheeses and the intricacies of pairing them with different breads, pickles, jams, chutneys and wines. This promises to be a stunning evening, and we strongly recommend booking your tickets very early.

Sensuality & Cheese will run from 6pm to 8pm at Khéma La Poste; price: $35. For bookings and information, call: 015 841 888, or email: laposte@khema-restaurant.com

The following evening, Mr Marchand will be available at Khéma Pasteur to talk cheese with guests dining out on our special Gout de France menu, which includes a specially selected cheese tray.

For bookings and information, call: 015 823 888, or email: pasteur@khema-restaurant.com

All prices are in US dollars and subject to 7% service charge and 10% government tax.
