Sadly, we may not necessarily be able to remould the world to satisfy our heart’s contentment — not this week anyway — but for one day at least we are free to indulge in a meal that should truly satisfy our heart’s desire, and our stomach’s, in an act of sharing that serves to unite rather than shatter. That is why the team of talents at Khéma have conspired to create a deliciously romantic Valentine’s Day menu for you and your loved one to share, and it won’t break the bank, or your heart, either.
We’re pretty sure that love will truly be in the air from your first bite of a Scallop Carpaccio dotted with mouth-popping Caviar. From the savoury, the menu then guides you along to the smooth, silky and sweet experience of a Foie Gras Parfait with Madeira Jelly and a buttery, heart-melting Brioche.
You’ll be falling into each other’s eyes over a bowl of Consommé Royale, offset with the sharp tang of a Green Apple and Cinnamon Sorbet with Vodka before moving on to the main event of sweetly savoury Grilled Lamb Chops with Roasted Vegetables.
At last, for the final moment of delight, we have a revised Lemon, Raspberry and Strawberry Tart perfected with a crisp Almond and Cinnamon Biscuit.
