Can you tell us about yourself?

Hello my name is Tang Pich Moniroth. I have three sisters, I am the eldest. Currently, I am working for Thalias Hospitality as Assistant Manager at Khéma on Norodom in Phnom Penh.

How did you come to work at Khéma?

I was recommended to Thalias by a friend and I have been working here for 3 years, since 2016. When I first started, I was a restaurant supervisor. Though hard work and honesty, I was promoted again and again. Now I am the Assistant Manager.

What does International Women’s Day represent to you?

International Women’s Day, 8th March, is meaningful for me because women should have equal rights to men. We can do anything we want without needing the support of a man. Women can work to earn a living and support a family as well. And we have the same right to have independent thoughts and share ideas.

For International Women’s Day, I wish all women health and success in their lives.

Thank you and good bye.
