Oeuf de caille en meurette
Poached quail egg with red wine and mushrooms
Foie gras poêlé, mangues rôties au beurre demi sel et piment doux
Pan-seared duck foie gras with semi-salted butter roasted mango and mild chilli sauce
Filet de chevreuil, sauce Grand Veneur
Pan-fried venison tenderloin served with morels, carrot, turnip stewed in venison sauce and a red current jelly
Sorbet citron, gingembre et vodka
Lemon sorbet with ginger and vodka
Feuilletée de crottin de Chavignol au parfum de miel
Crottin goat cheese in a puff pastry flavoured with honey and herbs
Dome pistache chocolat
Pistachio, cherry cream and chocolate dome

Our special New Year’s French set menu is $60+ per person. Lunch will be served from 11:30am and dinner from 6:00pm.
